A huge thanks to Jack and his team for helping us out with our demolition. We had a ridiculous amount of illegal dumping on our site to clean up and Jacks team were so professional taking on EPA advice, assessing and organising asbestos clearance to ensure the site could be cleaned properly. We are currently building a house in Inner North-West Sydney and we had given the demolition job to Super Demolition.

Jack and his team were kind enough to take on this task, with patience, while taking care of the neighbors’ surroundings as well.

Although the house, quite old in age, was a big task considering the fact that we had left behind unwanted belongings such as old furniture, Jack and his team did a great job in clearing these items and preparing the site for Champion Homes. After the storm damage Valvoline Raceway sustained a few weeks’ ago we used the services of Super Demolition to remove our corporate boxes that had been damaged by the high winds.

Jack and his team at Super Demolition were prompt, courteous and competitively priced. Super demolition just completed my site demolition today. its completed well before scheduled delivery. They started the job on time, Did all the prep work ahead, so that I get satisfactory report from council for pre demolition inspection and post demolition inspection. Highly recommend Super Demolition to anyone who is wanting to knock down a house.

The team is exceptionally professional and friendly. They managed to get the entire demolishing complete in less than 2 days with top quality. The most important part is that the land will be 100% ready for construction without any issues. The team is proud of doing an outstanding work.

Least to say, Jack ensured all pre-requist approvals (i.e gas, water, electricity and tree) processes were obtained before demolishing as well as provided correct advise from start to finish.

I contacted Jack to get a quote for a removal of a concrete footing that was discovered during a demolition at my property. During the process I was advised that the concrete slab had already been removed and I was charged $4k + GST (re-negotiated from $4.5k + GST)

Although Jack was well aware that I could not commit him for the job he was still kind enough to offer his support and help.

I sent all the information to Jack and he was shocked and  angry that I was taken advantaged of.

My house sadly burnt out through electrical fire and the roof was on fire so collapsed on everything and it was old so there was a lot of asbestos. Jack and his team took on the job of removing the asbestos and demolishing the house ready for Eden Brae to build me a new home. Jack was great in everything = a real God Send and very affordable a lot cheaper than other places but just as good – actually better as a lot of them wanted us to go into the house to remove things from inside which was very dangerous to do. Jacks team knew what to do.
