On a commercial job, the building is rarely the hard part. The tenancy two doors down has to keep serving customers, the loading dock beside you has to stay open, and the staff next door should have had notice well before the first machine arrives. A commercial demolition company is appointed as much for that planning as for the machines it owns. Super Demolition takes commercial and industrial structures down across Sydney without shutting the neighbours down with them.
Super Demolition carries out commercial demolition, industrial demolition and shop strip-outs across Sydney and surrounding NSW. The company is family owned, holds a current Demolition Licence and Asbestos Removal Licence, and works to Australian Standard 2601-2001 under NSW WorkCover requirements. Basement car park excavation and tight access sites are handled with our own plant. Site assessments are free.
Commercial work covers a wider spread of structures than a house ever does:
Every machine is owned outright: high reach excavators, bobcats, bulldozers and wheel loaders, concrete crushers and pulverisers that process material where it falls, and a heavy haulage truck to shift them between jobs. Nothing is hired in, so your program answers to our schedule rather than a hire yard’s.

Commercial sites rarely sit empty. There is usually a business in the next tenancy, a shared car park, and a landlord who wants to know what is happening and when.
So the program comes first. We set which parts of the structure come down in which order, where the exclusion zone sits at each stage, and which access points stay open throughout. Written notification reaches affected neighbours and occupants ahead of the noisy work, not on the morning of it.
Super Demolition is family owned and managed, with over 30 years of experience behind it. Jack, the owner, runs the site assessments himself and stays your point of contact, so the person who priced the work answers the questions once machines are on the ground.

A commercial demolition runs the same NSW approval pathway as any other, and nobody on the client side has time to chase it. That work sits with us:
That whole list is covered by the price you were quoted.
Australian Standard 2601-2001 and the WorkCover requirements around it decide the sequence a structure comes down in, where the exclusion zone sits, how a retained portion is supported, and how dust and debris stay inside your boundary. With occupied buildings hard against the site, that is the difference between a controlled program and a complaint from next door.
The EPA rules govern where the material goes. Steel, concrete, brick and timber are separated as they come out, clean material goes through our EPA approved recycling yard, and anything tipped goes to a lawful facility with the dockets returned to you. Asbestos is removed under our own licence. You finish holding a clearance certificate and the disposal records behind it.
At the site inspection we walk the building with you, separate structure from fitout, check access for plant and haulage, and identify asbestos. The written quote follows, itemising scope, program, approvals and disposal.
Once you accept it, we lodge the approvals, book the disconnections and schedule the machines together, so the lodgement dates and your handover date are set against each other. Fencing, signage and dust control go up, then the structure comes down in the sequence set by the Work Method Statement. Material is sorted and crushed as it comes out rather than carted whole, and the site is cleaned down and walked with you at the end.
No two commercial buildings price the same way. The structure and its height, how much is coming down, whether a high reach excavator and a truck can physically reach it, whether asbestos is present, how much can be crushed and recycled on site, and what staging the neighbours need: all of it moves the number.
So the quote follows the inspection. The assessment is free, and the quote itemises the work, the approvals and the program. That is the figure you pay, with no hidden fees and no variations afterwards. Already holding a written quote from someone else? We will beat it.
Commercial jobs are not spread evenly. Some of these areas carry office and retail tenancies where the building keeps trading through the works; others are industrial, where the whole structure comes down. Each page sets out what the local record actually holds:

Greater Sydney and the surrounding NSW areas, including Inner West Sydney, Northern Sydney, Western Sydney and the Sydney CBD. Access and haulage are assessed at the site visit, so give us the address and we will confirm coverage.
Yes. We hold a current Demolition Licence and a current Asbestos Removal Licence, our staff and contractors comply with WorkCover requirements to Australian Standard 2601-2001, and we are fully licensed and insured.
Who holds the demolition and asbestos licences, whether approvals and disconnections sit inside the quoted price or get billed later, whether the plant is owned or hired in, and who arranges the clearance certificate. That is usually where a price difference is hiding.
Yes. Partial demolition and strip-outs are routine commercial work. The retained structure is propped first, the exclusion zone is set around the section coming out, and occupants get written notice before the loud stages begin.
Commercial demolition gets booked into a gap: between one tenancy ending and the next fitout starting, or between a settlement and a build program. That gap is what the job is planned around. Call 0455 888 819 and we will come and price it.
